Meet Elodie

Elodie is a registered french-dietitian and freelance health and nutrition blogger. She is also an integrative health coach dedicated to helping others live a balanced and healthy life they love and feel proud of. Being French, she deeply believes in the benefits a balanced french culinary heritage which shares many similarities with the renowned Mediterranean diet. This diet is known for it's positive impact on health, vitality and longevity. At the heart of the French diet lies a deep appreciation for wholegrain, legumes, colorful fruits and vegetables, lean proteins or fish, fresh herbs, spices and heart-healthy fats, such as olive oil.
